Rose incense is composed of Sumatran benzoin, Sudanese incense, iris powder, myrrh, rose flower and rose buds, as well as red rose essence. Its perfume is halfway between the fragrance of the four-rose incense and the rose and sandalwood incense.

Rosicrucian incense comes in cubes that burn without coal. Light one end of the cube with a match, fan it for a few seconds and then place it on an incense burner, leaving it to smoulder.
