Tropical basil essential oil is an effective antispasmodic and is useful in cases of abdominal wind.

Applications

 

Digestive disorders: Dilute 3 drops in vegetable oil and rub into the abdomen.

Aromatic oil for cooking: Combine 8 drops of exotic basil and 2 drops of lemon essential oil with 50 ml of olive oil.
